We did the walking tour with Barbara and it was really good! Barbara was an excellent tour guide and we really enjoyed hearing all the interesting stories of Bari with her! This is the 2nd tour that we do with Velo Service and I recommend them 100% to get to know the city from the perspective of a local with friendly, funny and knowledgeable tour guides :)

We had a wonderful walking tour with Barbera and pasta experience with Dortea and Merica afterwards. Barbera was funny adding a personal touch to all the Bari history she shared. Then, after a 2-hour walking tour, we had an amazing pasta-making experience with Dortea and Merica where we learned how to make orecchiette while enjoying wine (or soda), great conversation, and got a plate of the real thing!! It was the perfect day!

Iris delivered a 10/10 experience that blended history, architecture, culture, and local flavor seamlessly. From warm focaccia at our first stop to the story of the 62 sailors who secured Bari’s place in history, she made every street and stone meaningful. We learned about Saint Nicholas, the harbor life, the city walls, theater legends, and even a few words of Barese. It felt like seeing Bari through the eyes of someone who truly loves her city. Time exceptionally well spent.
