We saw a lot of positive reviews and unfortunately we had a bad experience.
We booked and paid for the „walking street food tour“ and unfortunately this was not what we received.
First we seem to have joined the „guided walking tour for two hours and afterwards we got food in some restaurants 20m outside of the agencies office.
In the description of the real food tour it was noted that we could learn how focaccia is made, we would visit a local Salumeria and learn about different salami and cheeses with a glass of vine, we would see a certain part of town and explore fried specialities. Non of that was offered.
Instead we did the normal walking tour with a guide that seem to have done this for the first time and afterwards were sat down and got a small portion of Pasta, one Pancerotti and two scoops of ice cream without any info or explanation together with the guide that watched us eat while on his phone texting or making voice messages.
The real food tour is doub
What an excellent tour! Our tour guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable! She made the painting come alive for us by showing us many, many details.
This was a great experience and a wonderful way to see the highlights of Bari. My granddaughters really enjoyed it as well. Simone did a great job of helping us learn about Bari. I highly recommend it!
